By downloading or using The Flop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The Flop is a poker game tracking utility for iPhone. It records games you play, calculates statistics, and helps run live game sessions. The app does not provide real-money gambling services or facilitate any wagering between users.
All data you enter in the app stays on your device. You are responsible for the games, players, and information you record. Loss of device data, including from app deletion, device reset, or hardware failure, is not recoverable by us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The Flop offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple under the terms of the Apple Media Services Agreement. Refund requests should be directed to Apple via your App Store purchase history; we cannot process refunds directly.
You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial poker tracking purposes. You agree not to attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app outside of Apple's App Store.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, disputes between players, or disputes arising from games tracked using the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of changes to functionality.
If these terms change, an updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be highlighted in the app's release notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
